微型流化床内CO还原铁矿粉动力学试验

摘    要: 采用微型流化床-过程质谱反应分析仪进行了铁矿粉的CO还原动力学研究。结果表明:微型流化床可抑制外扩散作用,利用等温方法算出的铁矿粉还原反应的活化能为2628kJ/mol,指前因子003946s-1,证明该铁矿粉还原符合气体内扩散控制机制模型,并且采用等温动力学方法可实现反应速率常数与模型函数的分离,极大地简化了计算过程,增加了动力学参数的准确性,为铁矿粉还原动力学的研究提供了一种简单可靠的测试方法。

Abstract:The reduction of iron ores in a continuous stream of 100% CO was carried out in the micro fluidized bed.With minimized effects of external diffusion,the measurement in micro fluidized bed resulted in an activation energy of 26.28 kJ/mol and a pre-exponential factor of 0.039 46 s-1.It is indicated that the reduction of iron ores was subject to gas internal diffusion model shown with F(α)=1-3(1-α)2/3+2(1-α).Meanwhile the isothermal differential method provides a simple and reliable approach for the research about reduction kinetic of iron ores due to its separation of the reaction rate constant from the reaction function.
