摘    要:800 kV断路器是保证750 kV输变电线路安全运行的重要开关设备。笔者针对一起800 kV双断口罐式断路器的液压机构工作缸断裂事故,对断裂部位进行了强度校核计算及化学成分、显微组织、力学性能、制造工艺分析。认为生产厂家对液压工作缸进行再次超温热处理,使其产生铸态组织,导致延伸率大幅下降,是造成工作缸断裂的主要原因。

Abstract:800 kV circuit breaker is an important switchgear to ensure the safe operation of 750 kV power transmission and transformation line.In this paper,an analysis is made into a fracture fault of 800 kV tank circuit breaker hydraulic working cylinder.By checking the strength and analyzing the chemical composition,microstructure,mechanical properties and the manufacturing process,it is found that the overheat treatment to the hydraulic working cylinder caused its cast microstructure.The cast microstructure lead to a decline in elongation,which may result in the fracture fault of the hydraulic working cylinder.
