| 摘 要： | 南宁香榭里花园三期工程位于排洪渠北边，共有五幢六层框架结构住宅楼，一层地下车库，基础采用人工挖孔扩底灌注桩。当部分桩挖至8～12m深时，出现流砂、流泥现象。文中介绍了对流泥、流砂的处理方法和施工中的安全措施。

| Abstract: | The project, located to the north of a flood-drain ditch, consists of five 6-story residential buildings with frame structures. The foundation of the underground car park was built with expanded base cast-in-situ piles of manual excavation. When the excavation was conducted to 8-12m deep, the problems of the drift mud and drift sand occurred. This paper explains the solution for these problems and the relevant safety measures. |
