摘    要:以Mo、Si和C单质粉为原料,采用自蔓延原位合成技术制备10%SiC、20%SiC(体积分数)强韧化MoSi2复合材料,并从理论上计算了自蔓延燃烧反应绝热温度.结果表明,常规自蔓延能够合成10%SiC/MoSi2复合粉体,而通过"化学炉"辅助燃烧能够合成20%SiC/MoSi2材料.复合粉末主要由MoSi2和SiC相组成,SiC颗粒分布均匀,与MoSi2基体结合良好,其断裂机理为穿晶断裂.

Abstract:Strengthened and toughened MoSi2 composites with 10% SiC and 20% SiC(volume fraction) were fabricated by high temperature self-propagating synthesis with Mo,Si and C elementary powders as raw materials.The adiabatic temperature of combustion reaction was calculated theoretically.The results indicated that the synthesis of 10%SiC/MoSi2 composite powders was possible by conventional high temperature self-propagating.However,20%SiC/MoSi2 composites could be synthesized by "Chemical Oven"-aided combustion metho...
