消爆腔对毫秒导爆管雷管延期时间的影响

摘    要:采用红外测温仪及高速摄影,分析毫秒延期系列二、三、四、五段导爆管雷管的消爆腔长度对延期时间的影响.研究结果表明:8号二段至五段毫秒延期导爆管雷管在4~ 32mm的有限消爆腔内,三芯延期体均被点燃;二段至五段导爆管雷管都存在最佳消爆距离,此时点火面温度最高、延期偏差最小、延期精度最佳.

Abstract:Using high-speed photography technology and infrared radiation thermometer,the effect of detonation elimination chamber on delay time of NONEL ms delay detonator was investigated.The result showed that all the delay elements could be ignited with the length of detonation elimination chamber ranging from 4mm to 32 mm,and there was the best length of detonation elimination chamber for all the tested detonators,at which the ignition temperature was the highest,the deviation of delay time was the lowest and the precision was the best.
