摘    要:在总结国内外多种控制方案的基础上,根据接触器吸合阶段线圈中电流随铁心气隙变化呈现出的规律,提出了以线圈电压和电流变化为参量的智能化控制方案.通过电压电流采样,动态改变控制信号占空比,达到了实时调节线圈电流,实现了交流接触器的智能控制,优化了触头的碰撞速度,提升了接触器的机械特性和可靠性,降低了能耗.

Abstract:Referring to the existed intelligent control projects at home and abroad,and based on the current regularity presented in the operating process,the controlling policy depengding on the relationship between the changing rate of the current and the length of the air-gap was brought out.The target of adjusting current can be achieved through changing the PWM duty ratio continuously inresponse to the sampled current and voltage data.With the data from the corresponding experiment,the following conclusion can be drawn: compared with the traditional AC contactor,the viberating time and the energy comsumtion of the one optimized with the intelligent unit are reduced meanwhile the mechanical performance and reliability are enchanced.
