河北某低品位难处理铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对河北某低品位难处理铁矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用原矿(-12 mm)预先抛废、二段磨矿、二次磁选、粗精集中分级再磨多次精选、中矿先脱泥沉砂分级再磨再选,可获得含铁6000%以上、回收率35.00%(对磁性铁回收率52.47%)的总精矿。将总精矿进一步分级,最终可获得含铁65%以上的铁精矿。

Abstract:Experiment study was made on the beneficiation of a low grade refractory iron ore from Hebei.The results show that a comprehensive concentrate grading over 60.00% at an iron recovery of 35.00%(a corresponding magnetic iron recovery of 52.47%)can be obtained by a process composed of tailing pre-discarding from ROM ore(-12 mm), two stage grinding and two stage magnetic separation, centralized classification, re-grinding and several cleanings of the roughing concentrates and dewatering, classification, regrinding and re-concentration of the middling. A final iron concentrate grading over 65.00% can be gained through a further classification of the comprehensive concentrate.
