| 摘 要： | 领导者拥有崇高威信才有可能取得斐然政绩。威信产生的因素是多元的，如超凡的工作能力，优良的工作作风，科学的工作方法，但人格魅力的影响不可低估。人格能产生力量，即巨大的震慑力，广泛的号召力，长久的感染力。领导者在培养自己的美好人格时，需要一种内驱力，这种内驱力应从三方面而来，即对祖国和人民的热爱，对真理和正义的追求，对私心和利欲的荡涤。

| Abstract: | A leader should have great prestige so that he may have the possibility to get brilliant political achievements. The factors to the cause of prestige are multiplex, such as extraordinary working capability, sound style of work and seientifie operating procedure. But the influence of the personality glamour cannot be underestimated. Personality can produce power, that is, great deterrence, wide raUying point and long,lasting infectivity. When fostering good personality, leaders need a kind of driving force and this should be got from three aspects, that is, the enthusiasm for the country and the people, the pursuance of truth and justice and the cleanse of selfishness and greediness. |
