煤矿企业绩效管理

摘    要:绩效管理是企业管理的热门领域,很多管理学者致力于绩效管理的研究,其理论也日渐成熟和完善,但针对煤矿企业的绩效管理凤毛麟角。本文从绩效管理的内涵、过程和工具方面对绩效管理的基本理论进行简要阐述,之后将PDCA管理理念应用于煤矿企业绩效管理模式的构建上,对绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效考评、绩效结果的应用分别论述,以期对煤矿企业建立和完善绩效管理起到借鉴作用。

Abstract:Performance management is the hot field in the enterprise management; as many management scholars devote themselves to the performance management research, the theories become more and more mature and increasing perfect, while the performance management theories for the coal mine enterprises are very rare and precious. This paper will briefly discuss the fundamental theories of the performance management from the perspectives of intension, duration and tools, then will apply the PDCA management idea for the construction of performance management mode in the coal mine enterprise, respectively discuss the application of performance plan, performance implementation, performance appraisal and performance achievement, hoping that the establishment and improvement of performance management at the coal enterprise could borrow from it.
