汽车座椅头枕试验台架液压加载系统的设计

摘    要:针对目前汽车座椅头枕试验台架不能一次性对长条座椅进行试验的缺陷,提出了一种新型汽车座椅头枕安全性能试验台架,台架采用液压加载系统并对其进行了初步设计和计算,最后对液压缸活塞杆进行了校核。研究结果表明,设计的汽车座椅头枕试验台架满足GB11550-2009的要求,同时具有工作稳定、性能可靠和通用性强等优点。

Abstract:The bench seat can't be conducted test on the automobile seat headrests test bench at one time. According to the defect at present, the paper presents a new type safety performance test bench. The test bench adapts hydraulic loading system. Some formulas of preliminary design of the system are derived. At last, this paper gives the verification of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod. The results show that the design can meet GBl1550-2009 standard. Meanwhile, it has many merits, for example, stable operation, reliable in performance, strong currency, etc.
