微乳液型复合助滤剂中各组分对煤的脱水协同效应

摘    要:介绍了一种微乳液型复合助滤剂及其组成,考查了该复合助滤剂的助滤效果,研究了该药剂在煤表面的吸附量和煤表面的ξ-电位,并对其进行了红外表征。研究结果表明:该复合助滤剂的助滤效果不是其中各组分作用效果的简单加和,各组分除起到了各自应有的作用,它们之间存在着脱水协同效应,因而既降低了滤饼水分,又提高了过滤速度。

Abstract:The paper introduced micro-emulsion composited filter-aids and its constituent elements,tested its effect of filter-aid,and studied its adsorption quantity and ξ-level on surface of coal,also made the infra-red spectroscope analysis on it.The result shows that the effect of the composited filter-aids is not the simply plus of effect of each composition in this filter-aids,each composition not only gives its own effect,but also in coordination with each other gives the comprehensive effect of dewatering,therefore,this filter-aids is both reduced the water content of cake and increased the filtration velocity.
