摘    要:在前期活性焦脱硝的实验数据基础上,运用流程模拟软件ASPEN PLUS对活性焦干法烟气脱硝过程进行了模拟验证并对影响脱硝效率的操作参数进行了分析。模拟结果和实验结果的对比分析表明实验值与模拟值的相对误差为5%左右,在可接受的工程范围内,证明建模思想及模型是合理的,并可以为活性焦的实际脱硝过程研究提供一定的理论依据。

Simulation of Flue Gas Denitrification Process by Active Coke Using ASPEN PLUS

Abstract:Process of flue gas denitrification by activated coke was numerical simulated via the simulation software Aspen Plus on the basis of previous experimental data and the operating parameters influenced denitration efficiency were also analyzed. Comparison of the results showed that the relative error of experimental value and the simulation is about 5% within the scope of the acceptable engineering, the modeling ideas and model were reasonable and could provide theoretical basis to process research about flue gas denitrification by activated coke.
