| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的含量。叔丁基对苯二酚的浓度在0.1~0.6 mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.50%。方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于植物油脂中叔丁基对苯二酚的含量测定。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was established for detecting tert-butyl-hydroquinone in edible oil. The calibration cure for tert-butyl-hydroquinone was linear in the range of 0.1-0.6 mg/mL. The recoveries were 99.50 %. The method is simple, rapid, good repeatability and reliable for the determination of tert-butyl-hydroquinone in edible oil. |
