摩擦对稳定平台稳定精度影响的研究

摘    要:陀螺稳定平台广泛应用于机载光电等军用和监视设备中。本文提出一种抑制Stribeck摩擦来提高稳定平台稳定精度的解决方案。为分析此方法的性能,给出了分析模型,并通过对比试验验证了该方法的有效性。测试结果表明,此方法能够在不改变稳定平台硬件特性的前提下。将系统的稳定精度提高一倍。

Abstract:Gyro-stabilized platform is widely used in military reconnaissance and surveillance system,such as airborne electro-optical reconnaissance pod.A method of holding down Stribeck friction to improve the stability precision of gyro-stabilized platform is presented.Mathematical model for analysis is formulated to evaluate the performance of the presented approach.A contrast is given to test the effectiveness of the method.The experiment results show that the stability precision of gyro-stabilized platform is improved by 100% in the improved method without changing the hardware of the system.
