摘    要:针对低空/隐身目标的探测防御问题,分析了常规地基雷达探测低空/隐身目标的局限性,介绍了临近空间定义及临近空间飞行器,对临近空间飞行器探测低空/隐身目标的优势及可行性进行了详细分析,最后提出了临近空间飞行器探测低空/隐身目标的关键技术。

Abstract:To solve the problem of detecting and defending the low-altitude and stealthy targets, the disadvantages of detecting these targets using general land-based radar are analyzed. The concept of nearspace and near-space vehicle are introduced, and the feasibility and preponderance to detecting these tar- gets based on the near-space vehicle are analyzed in detail. The key technologies of detecting and defen- ding these targets are proposed.
