摘    要:宝浪油田原油集输处理系统经过多年运行,已出现各种问题,例如来油阀组以及高低压除油器没有超越流程;三相分离器盘管结垢、腐蚀严重,处理效果不好;原油储罐呼吸损耗大;污水管线穿孔频繁、水质难以保证等问题。通过现场调查分析,采取完善工艺,采用强磁阻垢器以及复合材料管线,改进污水处理技术,优化装置操作等技术措施,确保了原油脱水合格;处理后的污水水质达到A3标准,油气损耗大幅降低,解决了污水管线穿孔频繁问题,同时确保了生产系统安全平稳运行。

Improvement and perfection of gathering and transportation system of Baolang oilfield

Abstract:The gathering and transportation system of crude oil in Baolang oilfield has been running for years,various kinds of questions appeared and seriouly affected the whole oil field exploitation and development.For example,the valve group of coming oil and high & low pressure degreaser has not the arts and crafts of byway,coil scaled formation and cankered very much in the separator of oil gas and water,producing effect is not good,wastage of crude oil storage tank breath is very large and perforation of slop line pipe occurs frequently,it is difficult to ensure water quality well,etc.Through analysis and investigation,by perfecting the arts and crafts,using the equipment that strong magnetism arrest scale and composite material line pipe,ameliorating the technique of slop produced and optimizing the equipment operation,etc.to ensure the crude oil dehydrate eligibility,quality of slop produced achieve A3 standard,wastage of oil and gas is reduced.The question of slop pipe perforation has been sovled,and then the safety of the produce system can be guranteed.
