自由装填药柱点火冲击载荷数值仿真研究

摘    要:采用数值仿真技术针对自由装填固体火箭发动机装药在点火燃气冲击作用下的药柱载荷特性进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,点火压强越大、点火具喷口直径越大、点火具出口端面与药柱端面距离越大,点火初期冲击载荷作用越剧烈。这一研究结果为装药结构完整性分析研究和该类发动机点火具设计提供依据。

Abstract:The ignition characteristics of free filling grain in SRM under impact loads are studied and analyzed by means of numerical simulations. The results show that impact loads effect more violently during initial ignition with higher ignition pressure, larger diameter of the igniter nozzle, longer distance between the end of igniter nozzle and the front end of grain. The results provide the basis study on structural integrity of propellants and design on such kind of solid rocket motor igniters.
