摘    要:由于元坝区块地层压力系统复杂、储层高温高压、海相地层含H2S,元坝超深水平井井身结构设计时对必封点选择难度大,且钻头尺寸和套管尺寸选择范围窄。分析了四种常用井身结构设计方法及存在的主要问题,提出了优化设计方案,避免了因井身结构而导致的压差卡钻,为元坝地区实现优快钻井奠定了基础。

Optimization design of Yuanba ultra deep horizontal well casing program

Abstract:Because of the Yuanba block formation pressure system is complex, with high temperature and high pressure, marine strata containing H2S, difficulty in selecting casing program existed in Guangyuan ultra deep horizontal well with narrow range of selection on the drill bit sizes and casing sizes. In the paper, Analysis of four kinds of well structure design method and the existing main problem are made, the optimized design plan is put forward, which avoided the differential pressure sticking caused by the casing program and laid the foundation for optimal and fast drilling.
