CCD技术在发动机温度场测试中的应用研究

摘    要:基于CCD图像传感器的温度测量技术是一种新兴的非接触式测温技术。与其他非接触式测温技术相比,它具有光电转换灵敏度高、信号失真度小、工作稳定可靠等优点,特别适合高温检测。发动机火焰温度场对于研究发动机的燃烧特性具有重要价值,但是,火焰温度场测试是一项难度很大的高温测试研究课题。本文结合实测经验介绍了CCD测温技术在温度场测试中应用的测试原理、测试系统组成、误差分析和实测效果。

Abstract:The temperature measurement based on CCD image sensor is a new non-contact temperature measurement technique. Compared with other non-contact temperature measurement technique, it has the good qualities such as high delicacy of photoelectricity transition, low signal distortion, high performance stabilization, especially for high temperature measurement. The temperature field of flame is important for studying the combustion characteristic of a rocket motor. But it is a difficult discussion. In this paper, the non-contact temperature measurement based on CCD is studied systemically, it contains measurement theory, composition, error analysis and practice result.
