鲇脑垂体的超微结构研究

摘    要:观察了鲇(Silurus asous)脑垂体的超微结构.结果表明,性成熟鲇脑垂体结构呈背腹型,由神经垂体和腺垂体两部分组成.神经垂体存在A1、A2和B型神经分泌纤维,其终端与腺细胞、毛细血管和组织间隔形成直接或间接的联系.神经垂体组织存在两种类型的脑垂体细胞.腺垂体分布催乳激素分泌细胞、促肾上腺皮质激素分泌细胞、生长激素分泌细胞、促甲状腺素分泌细胞、促性腺激素分泌细胞、促黑色素激素分泌细胞、过碘酸反应细胞(PAS-反应细胞)等7种分泌细胞类型和一种非分泌细胞(星状细胞).本文对硬骨鱼类脑垂体的超微结构特点和腺细胞类型作了讨论.

Abstract:The study on ultrastructure of the pituitary of Silurus asotus was reported in this paper.The results show that pituitary is of dorsoventral style in S.asotus of sexual maturity,which are consist of neurohypophsis and adenohypophysis.Three types of neurosecretory fibres(A_1,A_2 and B) and their terminals have been recognized in neurohypophsis.All of type neurohypophsis terminals make contact with terminals the gland terminalscells or end close to the capillaries,connective tissue or pituicytes.Two of pituicytes were recognized in the neurohypophysial tissue.Seven types of hormone secretory cells and one type of non-secretory cell were found in adenohypophysis,named as prolactin(PRL) cell,anteriorticrticotrophic(ACTH) cell,growth hormone(GH) cell,thyrotrophs(TSH) cell,gonadotropin hormone(GTH) cell,melanophore-stimulating hormone(MSH) cell,Periodic acid-Schiffpositive(PAS) cell and stellate(Sc) cell.The characteristics of the pituitary ultrastructure and the types of hormone secretory cells in teleost were also discussed in this paper.
