摘    要:本文研究了中口径自动舰炮输弹簧的疲劳寿命及损伤规律.研究指出,该弹簧断裂属高周疲劳破坏,以线弹性断裂力学为基础的寿命估算与实验结果吻合较好;研究得到弹簧疲劳寿命损伤曲线,并指出弹簧端环上的钢印压痕造成约70%的疲劳寿命损伤;研究认为,只要保证弹簧热处理质量,采用合理的喷丸工艺,并避免压痕,该弹簧可以满足服役性能要求.

Abstract:The fatigue life and cumulative damage of ammunition feeding spring in automatic naval gun of medium calibre have been analysed.Results indicate that the failure of the spring may be attributed to high cycle fatigue and that the fatigue life estimation based on the linear elastic fracture mechanics is in agreement with the experimental results.Fatigue life damage plot has been obtained and it is resulted in that about 70% of fatigue life is wasted due to the impression of steel stamp in the end part of the spring.The spring may be serviced satisfactorily if it has a high quality of heat-treatment and suitable peening is adopted and stamping is avioded.
