| 摘 要： | 以地处长江三角洲的苏州市为例，根据区域自然与社会经济现状、区位优势、自身特色等，结合近期的经济和社会发展规划，探讨了构筑区域大系统需要考虑的因素以及数学模型的建立方法，从系统科学的角度提出制定该地区可持续发展战略的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Taking Suzhou City located in the Yangtze River Delta as an example, the factors to construct a large regional system and the methods to establish mathematical models were investigated according to the regional circumstances of nature and society, location advantages and self features. With the future development programming of economy and society, the basic approaches to establishment of regional sustainable development strategies are suggested using systematic science methods. |
