| 摘 要： | 根据影响石油库工程施工进度控制的因素多、易变,较为复杂的特点,介绍了要做好石油库工程建设的进度管理,须制定完善、科学的施工计划,做好施工现场的组织协调,加强对进度计划的控制和检查,督促、帮助施工单位搞好施工组织,加强技术管理,确保总体工程进度等经验和体会。

| Abstract: | Progress control is complicated because factors that have impacts on progress control of depot construction are manifold and volatile. Per-fect and scientific construction schedule, coopera-tion, close control and check on progress are inte-gral to improve progress control. Additionally, supervising and assisting construction unit to man-age construction work and strengthening technical management are also helpful. |
