摘    要:分析了传统声传播时间检测方法——直接时间差法和相位差法的特点,在此基础上提出了既有二者优点、又克服了二者缺点的声传播时间整零分测技术,实现了对声传播时间宽范围、高精度的检测,同时对基于该技术的声传播时间检测系统的硬件软件进行了设计;实际证明,利用该技术所设计的系统对声传播时间的检测精度可达到0.5ns,通过提高超声波频率和ADC位数,ps级的检测精度也可以达到。

Abstract:The characteristics of two traditional methods-direct time difference and phase difference-for ultrasonic transmission time measurement are analyzed,brings forward a new measuring technology,the integral-oddment separate measuring technology(IOSMT),which has the superiorities and gets over the disadvantages of the two traditional methods.By using this technology,broad measuring range and high precision are reached simultaneously.Finally the hardware and software design of the measurement system based on this technology are given.In practice,the designed system based on this IOSMT has the precision of 0.5 ns.By increasing the frequency of ultrasonic and bit number of the ADC,the precision on the stage of ps can also be reached.
