制冷多功能实验台的优化设计

摘    要:结合专业教学与企业技术培训的需要,对制冷多功能实验台进行了优化设计,增加了雾化器和制冷剂回收功能,使实验台更具实用性和操作性。实验台优化后对可实现制冷剂在制冷管路的雾化可视,还可以开展制冷剂回收实验,对开展专业实验实训、企业职工培训具有重大的现实意义,值得推广。

Abstract:The mechanism of the multifunctional refrigeration experimental table was analyzed.To optimize the performance of the table,some optimization was made to monitor the temperature and pressure of the cryogen and demonstrate the process of the evaporation and condensation and the flow the cryogen.The results show that the revised table is more practicable for vocational training.
