摘    要:采用顶部籽晶溶液法,生长了直径约15mm,长度为10mm的近化学计量比钽酸锂(near-stoichiometric Li TaO3,SLT)和Zn掺杂的近化学计量比钽酸锂(Zn:SLT)晶体。生长的晶体无色透明,没有宏观缺陷。通过X射线粉末衍射法测试晶体结构和晶格参数,Zn:SLT晶体的晶格参数小于未掺杂的SLT晶体。与同成分钽酸锂晶体相比,SLT晶体的抗光损伤能力显著提高,Zn:SLT晶体的抗光损伤阈值大于500MW/cm2。

Abstract:Near-stoichiometric LiTaO_3(SLT) and Zn-doped near-stoichiometric LiTaO_3 (Zn:SLT) crystals about 15 mm in diameter and 10 mm in length were grown by the top seeded solution growth method. The crystals grown are colorless and transparent and without macro-defects. The lattice constant of the Zn:SLT calculated by X-ray powder diffraction is smaller than that of the SLT. Compared with congruent LiTaO_3 crystals. The SLT exhibits much higher optical damage resistance, and the optical damage threshold of the Zn:SLT crystal is more than 500 MW/cm~2.
