基于Pro/E的斜齿轮蜗轮组合机构的建模及运动仿真

摘    要:利用Pro/E软件完成了斜齿轮蜗轮组合机构的建模,并在Mechanism模块中对其进行了运动仿真分析。与传统的设计方法相比,不仅免去了大量的图解计算和分析计算工作,提高了设计效率和设计精度,而且可以直观地观察机构的运动过程,并能获取机构相关点的速度、位置等数据。

Abstract:Pro/E software to complete the combination of helical gear worm modeling agencies and mechanism module in its analysis of the motion simulation. With the traditional design methods, not only removed a large amount of calculation and analysis of graphic work, to improve the design efficiency and design of precision, but also an intuitive process of observation of body movement and body-related points to obtain the speed, location, etc. data.
