内燃机油添加剂相互作用研究

摘    要:在均匀设计的基础上安排试验,考察了几种抗氧、抗腐添加剂对润滑油氧化安定性的作用。采用逐步回归分析实验数据,发现T203、T204复配后其承载抗磨能力优于T202,抗氧抗腐能力相当,DNA、CuDDP均具有很好的抗氧化性能,最后,运用多变量非线性规划理论计算出了各种添加剂的最佳加入量以及其最终配方。

Abstract:Based on even design,the actions of several kinds of oxidation inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor on the oxidation stability of lube oil are investigated.The test data are analyzed with progressive regression,finding that the load-bearing capacity of package of T203 and T204 is superior to T202 but their anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion abilities are well-matched,and DNA and CuDDP have good anti-oxidation performances.At last,the optimum adding capacity of all kinds of additives and the formula are calculated by multivariable non-linear programming theory.
