下行式循环流化床反应器气固传热特性研究

摘    要:在并流下行式循环流化床反应器的气固传热模型基础上 ,采用稳态传热的实验方法 ,测定了并流下行式循环流化床反应器不同操作条件下的轴向颗粒温度分布及气固相进出反应器的温度 ,进而求得气固轴向截面传热系数及表观传热系数。实验结果表明 ,对于一定的体系 ,表观气速ug 能明显地影响截面气固传热系数hx 和表观传热系数h ,而颗粒循环强度W对h和hx 的影响则比较复杂 ,它随表观气速ug 的不同而呈现不同的影响趋势

Abstract:Based on the model of gas-solid heat transfer in concurrent down-flow circulating fluid bed reactor, particle temperature distribution in axial direction and the inlet and outlet temperature of the gas-solid phase in concurrent down-flow circulating fluid bed reactor at different operation conditions were measured with stable heat transfer method. Thus the axial section transfer coefficient and apparent coefficient of the gas-solid phase were obtained. The result showed that, for a certain system, section gas -solid heat transfer coefficient h x and apparent heat transfer coefficient h were evidently affected by superficial gas velocity u g. However, the influence of particle circulating intensity W on h and h x was rather complex, and resulted in different influential tendencies depending on the value of u g.
