摘    要:提出了一种在多设计方案的条件下,获得最佳结构优化方案的设计分析方法。首先基于Pro/E软件建立多种结构方案的三维实体参数化模型,将其导入ANSYS Workbench同一个工程项目中,对结构强度进行仿真计算,并初步比较分析结果,然后利用ANSYS Workbench中的DOE(DesignXplorer Design of Experiments)模块,高效快捷地完成不同方案的多目标优化设计,确定最优结构形式。花板结构优化设计的工程实例表明,与原结构相比,多方案优化设计后的结构钢耗量降幅高达30%,为钢结构的轻量化设计提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:Under the condition of multi-design scheme,a design and analysis method was proposed aimed at obtaining the best structural optimization scheme.First,the three dimensional parametric solid model was setted up based on the Pro/E and introduced into ANSYS Workbench at the same project.After the structural strength calculated and the analysis results compared preliminarily,DOE-one of modules of ANSYS Workbench was utilized to complete the multi-objective optimization design of different schemes,conveniently and efficiently.Finally,optimal structure can be determined.Engineering example of tubesheet structural optimization design showed that compared with the structure of the original,steel consumption of the structure after multi-scheme optimization design was reduced to as much as 30%.A new method for lightweight design of the steel structures can be proposed.
