| 摘 要： | 分析了运煤车防冻液喷洒控制系统的工作原理及控制要求,并研制了以PLC为下位机,工控机为上位机的防冻液喷洒自动控制系统。系统选用西门子S7-200系列可编程控制器(PLC)作为现场控制主站,对系统的控制功能、硬件配置和软件设计进行了讨论。系统设计合理,具有良好的可靠性和实用性,已成功运用到实际生产中。

| Abstract: | The control system based on the Siemens S7-200 series PLC was introduced.The system was designed for the spraying of anti-freezing agents.The composing and function of the system,hardware arrangement and software development were discussed.This system had been applied successfully in practice,and proved to be reliable and applicable. |
