圆柱导体双参数涡流检测技术的研究

摘    要:针对目前常用的涡流测量仪单机只能获取单一参数(磁导率或电导率),并通过单一参数来分析导体内部特性的涡流检测方法,提出了能够同时获得圆柱导体双参数(相对磁导率μr和电导率σ)的涡流检测方法。通过引用通用函数M,根据欧姆定理和圆柱形导体的磁场渗透公式建立了数学模型,并设计了相应的绝对式涡流传感器及其检测方法。经实验验证,双参数涡流检测方法可用于各种金属和非金属圆柱体导电材料的质量控制中。

Abstract:An eddy current test theory was proposed to overcome the limitation of the current test technology, where only one parameter (magnetic permeability or electric conductivity) was obtained and then some intrinsic features of the conductor were analyzed via this parameter. In this new test theory, by introducing parameter M, a mathematic model was established based on the Ohm law and the cylinder form conductor magnetic field permeability formula. An absolutely eddy current sensor was designed based on this theory. Experiments showed the feasibility of the theory.
