| 摘 要： | 大连海关署办公楼由原框架-核心筒烂尾楼改造而成.结合该工程改造施工,详细介绍了混凝土基层缺陷修补、包钢加固、粘钢加固、碳纤维加固、增大截面加固以及混凝土构件表面裂缝修补技术的工艺流程、施工方法和控制要点.通过多种形式对基础、框架柱、楼板和墙体加固,使得建筑能够满足新的使用要求.

| Abstract: | The office building of Dalian Customs is reconstructed by a frame-tube structural unfinished building.Based on the reconstruction project,construction process,reinforcing technologies and control points of the reinforcing method are introduced such as repairing of concrete defect,covering steel,bonding steel,carbon fiber reinforcement,enlarging section and cracks repairing on concrete surface.Through reinforcement of foundation,frame column,floor and wall,the building can meet the new using requirement. |
