| 摘 要： | 新加坡绿色施工、文明施工标准及奖项的设定,涵盖节能、节水、节材、环境及空气控制等普遍关注的重点,同时包括创建与周边单位、居民友好关系的文明施工体系,在与外界沟通、保证交通畅通和公共安伞等方面采取措施,降低施工活动对周边单位的影响.主要介绍了新加坡的绿色及文明施工标准及评审指标,绿色及文明施工奖的申请流程以及新加坡绿色施工标准的特点.
