摘    要:结合某预应力混凝土管桩基础的高层建筑纠偏工程,根据工程地质状况,分析该建筑物不均匀沉降是由地基加固处理不当导致地基承载力不足引起.通过比较选用迫降法纠偏.介绍了锚杆静压桩地基加固,截桩法为主、桩端高压射水法为辅的迫降方法,增设保护桩进行上部结构防护等关键施工工艺,取得了较好效果.

Abstract:A high-rise building with prestressed concrete pipe pile foundation is used as a case study.Firstly,the deviation rectification fact of the building and the geological condition are studied.In addition,the cause of uneven settlement of the building is inadequate bearing capacity of foundation owing to unsuitable reinforcement program.Then forced settlement method is decided for deviation rectification of the building by comparing construction plans.Moreover,the key construction technologies are introduced s...
