固体碱催化剂合成丙烯酸甲酯活性的研究

摘    要:以醋酸甲酯、甲醛为原料、固体碱为催化剂合成丙烯酸甲酯,考察了不同温度下、硝酸铷、硝酸铯的浓度对催化剂性能的影响.利用色谱实验装置测试了固体碱催化剂的催化活性,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对该催化剂形貌、组成等进行了表征.结果表明:负载铯比铷的催化效果要好;二氧化锆呈不规则棒状结构,活性组分分布均匀;催化剂最优条件:二氧化锆负载20%铯,反应温度为380℃时,可使收率达到29.2%.

Abstract:Using methyl acetate and formaldehyde as raw materials and solid base as catalyst for synthesizing methyl acrylate,the influence of rubidium nitrate and cesium nitrate loaded with different contents and at temperatures on catalyst performance was surveyed.The experimental micro -chromatography facility was used to test the catalytic activity of solid base catalyst in the synthesis of methyl acrylate.The scanning electron mirror(SEM)was used to characterize the configuration and components of the catalyst.Th...
