覆铜箔用高吸水性纸制造工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了影响覆铜箔原纸吸水高度的主要因素以及原纸吸水高度与抗张强度、厚度、打浆度的关系及添加助剂对覆铜箔原纸性能的影响,由此确定出生产覆铜箔原纸最佳的纤维原料组成及制浆工艺和抄造条件。

Abstract:Copper foil board base paper is base material for copper foil laminate. Optimum composition of fiber material for copper foil base, pulping technology and manufacturing condition on the paper machine operation were established by studies of the principal factors affecting on height of water-absorption, especially the relations of the height of water-absorption and some factors such as paper strength, thickness of paper, beating degree and the addition chemical additives.
