电磁法与化学法处理高炉冷却水比较

摘    要:通过比较法研究电磁法与化学法处理高炉冷却水的水质稳定效果,认为电磁法有一定缓蚀阻垢作用但不如化学法效果理想;根据16 d连续运行数据所绘制的污垢热阻曲线计算年污垢热阻值,电磁法处理的年污垢热阻值高于化学法处理的年污垢热阻值,但二者均符合标准要求.实验结果表明,包钢总排水回用于高炉冷却系统要达到良好的水质稳定效果须采用电磁法与其它方法协同作用处理.
