| 摘 要： | 中药有效化学成分既不单纯是有机成分,也不单纯是微量元素,而主要是由两者组成的配位化合物。中药配合物从整体上反映了中药真正的物质基础,代表了中药的活性作用中心。本文阐述了中药配合物的基本原理,以及生物活性与其构型的关系。最后探讨了中药新药研制的新思路和新方向。

| Abstract: | Valid chemistry composition of Chinese traditional medicine was not only organic component but also trace element, in fact it was Coordination compounds that compound by them. It reflected the real matter of Chinese traditional medicine in whole, and standed for function center. This paper introduce the base principle of Coordination Compounds in Chinese Traditional Medicine and the connection both bioactivity and construct. Finally, the future studying trend of the new Chinese traditional medicine was discussed. |
