电机绕组失效分析及可靠性增长

摘    要:一般认为绕组是电机的薄弱环节,多年来在理论、材料及工艺上均作了研宄,可靠性已有提高.但近些年来,电机容量增大,运行条件更为严酷,因而在绕组上还有一些需要更进一步深入研究的问题.本文就近年来电机绕组的新问题及其在材料及工艺上的措施作了较详细的分析,建议除采用耐热等级较高的材料,进一步改善工艺外,绕组的研究应由"静态"转向"动态";试生产一些少维修或"无维修"电机,以满足某些特殊企业的需要.

Abstract:Usually, windings are the weakened part of electric machines and easy to fault.Many adequate studies for theory and practice of winding insulation are doing to improve reliability. In recent years, the capacity growth of generating unit and the more regorous operation condition of motors, some important problems in winding insulation must be make a thorough investigation. In this work, the adaptability of materials, technolgical workability functions of insulation systems are analyzed. It is suggested that the new Class-For Class-H insulation systems be used. technological process, be improred the static stady of insulation system be changed into dynamic.so as to make "repairless" electric machines.
