| 摘 要： | 上海半导体和IC研讨会曾发布消息说：2008年中国IC产业对IC设计工程师的需求量将达到25万人,而目前还不到4000人。仅仅靠少数高校微电子专业的毕业生来填补这一人才的匮乏是远远不够的,如果能有相近专业培养相关的集成电路设计人才,以适应日益升温的国内IC产业,是解决问题的有效途径。本文针对非微电子专业本科如何开设“专用集成电路设计”课程进行研究和探讨。

| Abstract: | According to the authoritative data,to 2008 years,the demand of IC design engineers in China will reach 250 thousand.But,there are not more than 4 thousand IC design engineers in our country.We can't only depend on graduates from micro-electronics specialty.To fit the calefactive IC industry in China,we need to train more excellent IC designer from non-micro-electronics specialty.This paper studys and discusses how to offer the course of "Design of Application-Specific Integrated Circuit". |
