| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前工程建设项目前期忽视或不重视风险管理的现状，从风险管理的基本理论出发，介绍了风险管理的组织和程序及风险的分类，深入探讨了工程项目风险分析与控制方法，提出了一些工程项目风险控制的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the status of neglecting or disregarding risk management at advanced phase of construction project in our country,based on basic theory of risk management,it introduces the organization and procedures of risk management and the classification of the risks,deeply discusses the analysis and control method of the risks in construction project,and proposes some specific measures for risk control of construction project. |
