摘    要:纳米生物学、纳米医学和纳米毒理学是伴随着纳米技术发展而出现的新兴交叉学科,如何实现生物体内纳米材料的定量检测是目前面临的共同难题。放射性同位素示踪技术由于具有灵敏度高、准确度好、测量简便、干扰少等特点,特别适合于此类研究。本文综述了6种重要的金属和金属氧化物纳米材料(纳米金、纳米银、纳米氧化铁、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化铈和纳米氧化锌)的放射性标记方法,分析了不同方法的优缺点和注意事项。

Abstract:Nanobiology, nanomedicine, and naontoxicology are newly developed interdisciplinary research fields accompanied by the development of nanotechnology. Quantitative determination of nanomaterials in vivo is the common problem that is experienced by these disciplines. Radiotracer techniques had the advantage of high sensitivity, good accuracy, simplicity and low interference. This review describes radiolabeling methods of 6 important metallic and metal oxide nanomaterials, such as gold, silver, iron oxide, titanium oxide, and zinc oxide nanoparticles. Advantage, disadvantage, and caution of each method are summarized.
