2D液压柱塞泵的设计

摘    要:给出了一种新型液压柱塞泵。该类型柱塞泵工作时,在结构上利用柱塞自身既能转动又能往复运动的双向运动自由度,在实现吸油、排油的同时又起到配油的作用。与传统的柱塞泵相比,该泵取消了配油盘、滑靴等零件,既简化了结构,提高了极限转速,又保存了柱塞泵效率高、工作压力大等优势。试验结果表明,该泵具有重量轻、最大转速高、工作压力大等优点,明显优于相同规格的传统柱塞泵。

Abstract:A new type of hydraulic plunger pump is introduced. The plunger which can not only rotate but also reciprocate is developed by the utilization of the two-motions-freedom of a single spool, which can pump oil while distributing oil. The pump has the advantage of simpler configuration, higher max speed, better efficiency and higher pressure than the old type hydraulic plunger pump with valve plate and sliding shoes. The test shows that the pump has a better performance on losing weight, increasing rotation speed and raising pressure.
