高速开关阀控制策略研究

摘    要:流量和频响是衡量高速开关阀性能的两大重要指标,同时也是最大的内在矛盾。对于诸多成品高速开关阀而言,其流量特性已经在生产装配完成时基本确定,但是其频响特性却可以通过后续控制策略的优化来提升,从而在一定程度上缓解流量和频响这对内在矛盾。通过搭建高速电磁铁的仿真模型,并分析基于该高速电磁铁的高速开关阀在流量特性不变的情况下,不同控制策略对其动态特性的影响。通过仿真验证了三电压控制策略的优越性。

Abstract:Rated flow and frequency response are two important indexes of the high speed on/off valve but the biggest internal contradiction is also between them. To the high speed on/off valve product, its flow characteristics are basically determined when assembled. However, its frequency response characteristics can be improved through an optimization of the subsequent control algorithm, and the internal contradiction of flow and frequency response can be relieved. In this study, a high speed solenoid simulation model is built, and based on this model, the dynamic performance of the high speed on/off valve with different control strategies is analyzed when the flow characteristics remains stable. At the same time, the advantages of three voltages control strategy are verified by simulation.
