挤压式伺服能源仿真分析

摘    要:挤压式伺服系统采用高压气体挤压油箱油液为伺服作动器提供能源,在建立减压阀仿真模型基础上增加挤压油箱负载模型,模拟挤压能源系统的工作,形成挤压式伺服能源仿真模型。利用AMESim软件对规定流量信号下的挤压能源性能进行了仿真计算,对比分析了不同气垫容积、管路长短和气瓶初始压力等参数下挤压能源的工作性能变化,找出影响挤压能源特性的关键参数,初步探索了挤压式伺服能源系统仿真分析的方法和思路。

Abstract:The squeeze servo-system takes high pressure gas to the squeeze tank hydraulic oil as energy for servo actuator. We add the load of squeeze tank to simulate the servo-system energy based on reducing valve model, and we establish the simulation model of the squeeze servo-system energy finally. Using the software AMESim, we emulate the performance of the squeeze servo-system energy under the specified flow. Contrasting with different volume of gas blanket, long-and-short pipe, initial pressure of gas cylinder to influence the analysis of squeeze servo-system energy, we find the key parameter to influence performance of energy, and explore the method and idea of simulation analysis in squeeze the servo-system energy.
