新型自平衡阀配流式低速大扭矩高水基液压马达的研究

摘    要:低速大扭矩高水基液压马达具有可直接驱动负载、结构紧凑等特点,因其良好的阻燃性及环保特性,特别适用于有明火或对污染高要求的场合。针对现有液压马达的结构及配流方式不适用于高水基液压马达低速、高压工况的情况,且泄漏严重,导致容积效率较低,提出一种采用自平衡式阀配流方式的高水基液压马达结构。介绍了配流结构,分析了给定阀参数时配流特性,验证了自平衡阀配流形式的可行性,并对影响马达动态响应特性的系统参数进行了分析。

Abstract:The high water-based hydraulic motor (HWBHM) has the advantage of compact structure and can be used to drive load directly. The low speed and high torque HWBHM works well in the area of open flames area and high requirement. However, the traditional structure and the flow distribution mechanism will cause serious leakage and lower work efficiency. Therefore, we propose a new flow distribution mechanism with self-balanced distribution valve groups for the HWBHM, which works well in high pressure and low speed conditions. The flow distribution mechanism is introduced, and the distribution performance with constant parameter is analyzed to verify the feasibility of the proposed structure. Meanwhile, parameters that influence the dynamic response characteristic of the HWBHM system are studied.
