断路器液压机构中控制阀故障分析与改进

摘    要:针对某公司进口断路器液压操动机构在运行中出现的问题,从工作原理和产品结构上进行了分析,指出了存在问题的液压元件,找出了控制阀出现问题的原因,提出了控制阀改进的方案。同时,对新设计的电液控制阀工作原理和结构特点进行了介绍,对改进前、后的试验结果进行了对比分析。改进后的电液控制阀不仅满足了断路器对机械特性的要求,保证了互换性,也显著提高了产品动作的可靠性与稳定性,其结果对于其他断路器液压操动机构的设计有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:According to the problems during the operation of the imported hydraulic operation mechanism of circuit breaker of a certain company, the analysis is done based on the working principle and structure of products, and the existing problems of the hydraulic components is pointed out. The reason for the control valve problems is also found out, and the improvement for the control valve is put forward. Meanwhile, the working principle and structural characteristics are introduced of the new electro-hydraulic control valve, and the test results of the electro-hydraulic control valve before and after improvement are compared. The improved electro-hydraulic control valve can not only meet the mechanical properties requirements of the circuit breaker, and ensure the interchangeability of the products, but also significantly improve the reliability and stability of the products operation. The result of the improved electro-hydraulic control valve has a certain reference value for the design of other hydraulic mechanism circuit breaker.
