液压平衡阀主阀芯节流槽静态特性研究

摘    要:液压平衡阀对于控制负值负载下降速度起着关键作用。在分析液压平衡阀主阀芯节流槽的分类和面积计算方法的基础上,推导了三种典型平衡阀主阀芯节流槽的面积公式,并根据实际尺寸,用MATLAB 软件计算得到其阀口面积曲线。分析对比三种典型节流槽的通流能力和流量特性,结果表明K形节流槽的面积曲线线性最好并且通流能力最强,V形节流槽的通流能力最差。对液压平衡阀的设计具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:The hydraulic balance valve plays a key role in controlling the negative load drop speed. To derive the area formula and calculate the valve port area curve by using MATLAB software,the calculation methods of the area and the classification of the hydraulic balance valve main valve grooves are analyzed. The current capacity and flow characteristics show that the K type grooves area curve linearity is better than others and the current capacity of V type grooves is the worst. This study has a certain reference value.
