摘    要:通过对B-512离心泵原泵用接触式机械密封失效原因的分析,对非接触式机械密封工作原理和应用特点等进行研究。根据实际情况改造设计出新型机械密封,运用Pro/E软件对端面液膜进行参数化建模,使用Fluent软件对端面流场进行了数值模拟,将新型机械密封与原密封进行对比分析。数据表明,改造设计的新型机械密封弥补了原机械密封的缺陷,上游泵送机械密封抗外界干扰的能力很强,泄漏率较小,液膜刚度较大,同时摩擦功耗较低,有助于提高丙烷泵的工作效率,密封寿命长,适宜长期稳定运行。对轻烃泵类机械密封的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:This study researches the failure reasons of the original contact type mechanical seal pumps used in B-512 centrifugal pump, the working principle and application characteristics of non-contact mechanical seal, etc. According to the actual situation of the transformation, we design a new type of mechanical seal, build the parametric modeling by the software Pro/E on the film face, use the numerical simulation of face flow field by the software Fluent, analyze the model of mechanical seal and seal. The experimental data shows that the new type of mechanical seal design make up the defect of the original mechanical seal, the capacity to resist external interference of the upstream pump mechanical seal is very strong, the leakage rate is small, liquid film stiffness is large, and the friction power consumption is low, which helps to improve the working efficiency of the propane pump seal, lengthen the service life, and be suitable for long-term stable operation. This study has a guiding significance for the design of mechanical seal for light hydrocarbon pumps.
